If you haven’t heard- there’s this magical place where you can swing from giant bananas, taste loads of yummy ice cream and dip your toes into a swimming pool filled with sprinkles. A place where your imagination is in charge and the feeling of childlike joy is required. The Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) hit the scene in 2016 – created by Maryellis Bunn, who was simply making her dream of swimming in a sprinkle pool come to life.
As we plan the new space and get ready to move in, we thought we’d put a little inspiration board so you can see what we’re dreaming up!

It’s Royal Wedding Day, and we had to be involved. When we heard Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s cake was going to be filled with flavors of lemon and elderflower, we knew we needed a taste. Because our invitation OBVIOUSLY got lost in the mail, we made it ourselves, and we went all out. If we have to get up at 4 am there better be cake!
It’s Mother’s Day weekend, so we’ve collected our favorite sweets that feature flowers! Whether they are hand painted, edible, or straight from the garden, we just can’t get enough of them. Happy Mother’s Day to all you mamas out there, you are super woman!
We celebrated in style at the bakery with back to back Cinco de Mayo Baking with A Buzz. There were tacos, nachos, tequila and cake of course.
Tons of new techniques were used in these classes from airbrushing, fondant succulents and extensive piping. Both classes came out with gorgeous cakes! Here’s a little behind the scenes and of course the finished products!
